Where did the name VEGANOPOLIS come from?    The word VEGAN and "Acropolis"-The title of my favorite surrealist prose piece of a 3 year weeklt international prose project we co-authored. I thought of it in 1998 when I was hired by a south loop Chicago Pharmacy to design a juice bar for them. When I suggested the name Veganopolis they didn't like it so we kept it around.
